With the motto "Sharing is happiness," for many years, community service activities have always been a top priority for Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga, Chairwoman of the Group, along with more than 22,000 employees. They not only focus on sustainable business development but also work together with the government and people from the central to local levels in charitable activities for the community.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga, Chairwoman of BRG Group , along with other leaders of the Group and SeABank, presented a symbolic check to support the construction of 1,000 houses with a total amount of 50 billion VND to Ha Tinh province on June 23, 2023.
In the days leading up to the recent Lunar New Year of the Year of the Dragon, the press published numerous articles about community sharing for a warm and happy Tet holiday for everyone. A prominent example was the article "The First Spring in Houses of Compassion" on the website of the Ha Tinh Provincial Police, which described how those in difficult housing situations were able to celebrate Tet in warm, loving new homes in a locality with harsh weather conditions, as described by Mr. Hoang Trung Dung, Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee, "worry about forest fires in the dry season and floods in the rainy season."
The cases mentioned in the article, such as Mrs. Tran Thi An (Hamlet 2, Phuc Dong Commune, Huong Khe District), Mr. Doan Khac Chuong (80 years old, Hamlet 10, Hoa Hai Commune, Huong Khe District), and Mr. Ho Huu Son (36 years old, Son Lien Hamlet, Son Ham Commune, Huong Son District). Mr. Son suffered a near-fatal accident while in the forest; although he survived, he is paralyzed, and all his living expenses depend on his ailing wife. These are just a few examples from the 1,200-house project for disadvantaged families in Ha Tinh and Nghe An provinces, funded by 60 billion VND, implemented by BRG Group and SeABank in coordination with the provincial government and police over the past year.
The person behind these humane decisions is Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga, Chairwoman of BRG Group, a woman with over 30 years of experience in the business world and a passionate belief that "Sustainable business must be for the community."
Instilling that spirit of community service from the Group's leader, Ms. Nga, more than 22,000 employees of BRG Group always consider community and social activities as a top priority throughout the entire BRG Group. This affirms the role and responsibility of an exemplary corporate citizen, not only striving with enthusiasm and dedication to become one of the largest multi-sector economic groups in Vietnam, pioneering international cooperation, and making positive contributions to the overall development of the country, but also continuously working together and sharing in a series of charitable activities such as contributing over 200 billion VND during the Covid-19 period, supporting the "For Vietnamese Children" scholarship fund, the "For Vietnamese Young Talents" fund, and the "Fund for the Poor" of Hanoi city... "That has always been the guiding principle and solid foundation for us to better fulfill our corporate citizenship mission," Ms. Nga shared.
Constantly dedicated to the sustainable values of the community and society, Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga has been honored with numerous prestigious awards and titles from the Party, State, Government, and many reputable domestic and international organizations, especially the First Class Labor Medal for herself and the Second Class Labor Medal for BRG Group.

The article mentioned above has a concluding paragraph. "Another spring has arrived. This spring is truly a spring of the human heart, as families celebrate Tet (Lunar New Year) together in their new homes, filled with warmth and human connection – something they could only dream of throughout their lives of hardship, never imagining it would become a reality."
That is precisely the happiness derived from sharing that people like Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga, BRG Group, and their partner, SeABank, always strive for. “We are always honored and proud not only by the recognition from government agencies and many domestic and international organizations, but also by the recognition from the community for the positive values that we have contributed to and are continuing to build,” Ms. Nga proudly shared.
