The cases mentioned in the article, such as Mrs. Tran Thi An (Hamlet 2, Phuc Dong Commune, Huong Khe District), Mr. Doan Khac Chuong (80 years old, Hamlet 10, Hoa Hai Commune, Huong Khe District), and Mr. Ho Huu Son (36 years old, Son Lien Hamlet, Son Ham Commune, Huong Son District).
