"Brothers and Little Tails" is a reality show documenting the shared lives of four brothers—Isaac, Cody Nam Vo, Jsol, and Hurrykng—along with six children aged 3-5 in a space designed like a preschool classroom. Without parents present, the brothers take care of the children's meals, sleep, playtime, and learning activities. Through a suitable daily routine and nutrition plan, the brothers help the children eat well, stay healthy, gain weight steadily, and develop skills through play.

Isaac, Cody Nam Võ, Jsol, and Hurrykng regularly welcome and care for the children throughout the program. Depending on schedules and unexpected task requirements, some members may be absent and replaced by other guest older brothers. However, the six children: Danil (3 years old), Tư (4 years old), Chloe (4 years old), UYU (4 years old), Tin Tin (4 years old), and Alex An Khang (5 years old) appear throughout.

The show's appeal comes from the natural, humorous situations where adults try to create a structured daily routine, while the children act according to their own emotions and personalities. Each child is unique, forcing the older brothers to patiently observe, understand, and adjust their approach accordingly. The plans the brothers make for the younger children are often disrupted by each child's different habits and personalities. The brothers have to take on different roles, gradually understanding each child's personality to develop appropriate parenting strategies. For example, Danil, the youngest boy of Vietnamese-Ukrainian descent, is shy and avoids interacting with strangers due to his limited Vietnamese. However, the brothers worked hard to discover his sporting interests, helping him gradually integrate and become more open with the group. Similarly, Chloe, the energetic girl who only likes to do what she likes, gradually adapts and becomes more sociable with everyone.

"Brother and Little Tail" illustrates that childcare isn't easy, especially when there are six children of different ages and personalities. The challenges extend beyond ensuring sufficient sleep and nutrition; it's about creating an environment that fosters skill development, emotional intelligence, and communication abilities. Activities like yoga, swimming, flower arranging, and knitting are incorporated to help the children explore their interests, build confidence, and learn to connect with friends. Tư is energetic, UYU is quiet, Tin Tin is reserved, Chloe is playful, Alex An Khang is talkative, and Danil is shy. Gradually, they find activities they enjoy and socialize with new friends.

What makes "Brother and Little Tail" so appealing is the portrayal of everyday life, with familiar stage actors busy caring for and playing with young children. These genuine moments bring laughter while also helping viewers understand the challenges of accompanying children as they enter a new environment.

The impromptu preschool class in "Brother and Little Tail" shows viewers that learning and playing with children requires patience and companionship to help them confidently integrate and develop comprehensively.
