The story of Mr. Trinh Van Quyet's two Rolls-Royce super luxury cars seemed to have quieted down when they returned to their new owners after many months of auction without any buyers, but suddenly, Mr. D.HM reopened the story by selling these two cars to the former chairman of FLC.

Interestingly, the sale of the "gold-plated" Rolls-Royce Ghost to Mr. Trinh Van Quyet took place when the former CEO of Rolls-Royce Vietnam wanted to own the group's villa in Ha Long. Mr. M. shared that he wanted to exchange the "gold-plated" Rolls-Royce Ghost for the FLC Ha Long villa, and Mr. Quyet immediately agreed.

Then Mr. Trinh Van Quyet asked how much the "gold-plated" Rolls-Royce Ghost super luxury car cost, and when he heard 40 billion VND but the brothers charged 37 billion VND, Mr. Quyet agreed to exchange it for 3 villas at FLC Ha Long, and the exchange took place quickly.

Regarding this Ghost car, on September 8, 2022, the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam, Quy Nhon Branch ( BIDV Quy Nhon) issued a notice of seizure to recover debt. After many unsuccessful auctions, a showroom in Hanoi bought it back and sold it to customers in need.
