Thorough preparation for the "Golden Opportunity" program.

In Hanoi, the live television broadcast of the program "Golden Opportunity," commemorating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2nd, will take place at the Hanoi Flagpole area, with the participation of approximately 3,000 delegates.

The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued a plan to coordinate with Vietnam Television and relevant units to organize a live televised program titled "Golden Opportunity," commemorating the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day on September 2nd.

According to the plan, the program is chaired and directed by the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; organized by Vietnam Television, in coordination with the People's Committees of Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Hue. In Hanoi, the venue is located at the Hanoi Flagpole area (28A Dien Bien Phu, Ba Dinh Ward) with the participation of approximately 3,000 delegates. The dress rehearsal will take place on August 20th and will be broadcast live at 8:10 PM on August 22nd.

To ensure the program's success, the Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports as the focal agency, responsible for contacting and coordinating with Vietnam Television, the program's Organizing Committee, to carry out visual propaganda and promotion of the program on streets near the event venue; and to coordinate the provision and display of paintings, photographs, and documents about the August Revolution and National Day on September 2nd, and the achievements of Hanoi…

The Thang Long - Hanoi Heritage Conservation Center, in coordination with the Department of Culture and Sports, supported Vietnam Television in using the existing 3D mapping projection system at the Flagpole for the program from August 19th to 22nd; and facilitated the organizers' use of the lantern-lined street area in front of Doan Mon Gate to display photos on the themes of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2nd.

Hanoi City Police have developed a plan to ensure security and order, fire prevention and control, traffic management, and the safety of delegates and guests participating in the program.

The Hanoi Department of Health is responsible for developing and implementing health plans to ensure disease prevention and control, healthcare, emergency response (4 ambulances), and first aid for the program. The Hanoi Electricity Corporation will ensure a continuous, stable, and safe power supply for the program's activities; and will prepare a 200% backup power supply.
