Carefully prepare for the 1st Patriotic Emulation Congress of Khanh Hoa province, period 2025 - 2030

On the morning of September 29, comrade Nguyen Khac Toan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province chaired a meeting with members of the Provincial Emulation and Reward Council on preparations for the organization of the 1st Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress, period 2025 - 2030.

Attending the meeting were comrades: Nguyen Long Bien - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Tran Thu Mai - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; a number of comrades of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, leaders of departments, branches, units and localities.

The first Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress, period 2025 - 2030, is scheduled to be held on October 15, at the Provincial Children's Cultural Palace, with about 650 delegates attending. To prepare for the congress, the Department of Home Affairs has chaired and coordinated to advise the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to issue a plan to organize and guide the commendation and summary of the patriotic emulation movement for the period 2020 - 2025; urge the introduction of advanced models and delegates; draft reports, documents, and congress programs; compile a list of State-level commendations for the period 2020 - 2025... According to the planned program, the congress will screen a report on the results of the emulation movement and commendation work for the period 2020 - 2025 and the directions and tasks of emulation and commendation work for the period 2025 - 2030; listen to a number of presentations; Commend and reward typical advanced models in the period 2020 - 2025; launch the patriotic emulation movement in the period 2025 - 2030; approve the list of Provincial Delegation to attend the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress.

In addition, there are a number of activities, such as: Exhibition of outstanding images of the results of emulation movements, advanced models and achievements in socio -economic, national defense and security of the province in the period of 2020 - 2025; display of a number of OCOP products, typical industrial and rural products. Cultural and artistic activities to promote and welcome the congress; decoration and propaganda work at the congress area and some main roads; plans to ensure security and order, fire prevention, medical care, power supply, and transportation of delegates... have been developed.

Concluding the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Khac Toan emphasized that the successful organization of the 1st Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress is very important, contributing to spreading the emulation spirit to successfully implement the targets and tasks set out in the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030. He noted that the province's media agencies should promote propaganda of patriotic emulation movements and advanced models before, during and after the congress to create a wide spread. Relevant agencies and units focus on implementing tasks according to the assigned plan, ensuring that the congress takes place solemnly, seriously and successfully.
