On September 25, 2025, the Party Central Committee issued Decision No. 2395-QDNS/TW on approving the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee for the 20th term, 2025 - 2030.

Approved the Executive Committee of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee, term XX, 2025 - 2030, consisting of 55 comrades;

Approved the Standing Committee of Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee, term XX, 2025 - 2030, consisting of 15 comrades;

Approving comrade Quan Minh Cuong, Secretary of the 19th Provincial Party Committee, Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Cao Bang province to hold the position of Secretary of the 20th Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030;

Approved 3 comrades to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee, term XX, 2025 - 2030, including:

1. Comrade Vu Hong Quang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the 19th Provincial Party Committee.
2. Comrade Le Hai Hoa, Deputy Secretary of the 19th Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
3. Comrade Be Thanh Tinh, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.
