DNSE Securities changes leadership.

The Board of Directors of DNSE Securities Company has decided to appoint Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Linh as General Director effective July 1st.

The Board of Directors of DNSE Securities Joint Stock Company (DSE code) has just appointed a new General Director to replace Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Hoa.  

Accordingly, Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Hoa will step down from her position as General Director of DNSE after 5 years of leading the executive board (2020 - 2025).  

Instead, the DNSE Board of Directors appointed Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Linh to this senior position. The appointment decision is effective from July 1, 2025.

Reportedly, Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Linh, born in 1985, has 18 years of experience in the finance and banking sector and joined DNSE in 2020. Prior to her appointment as General Director, Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Linh held various roles including Head of Proprietary Trading, Head of Product and Partner Development, and Director of Securities and Partner Trading at DNSE.  

In 2025, this securities company aims for total revenue of VND 1,507 billion, an 85% increase; and after-tax profit of VND 262 billion, a 44% increase compared to 2024 results. This growth plan is based on a complete and competitive product ecosystem, in the context of a promising market boom in the near future.

In Q1 2025, DNSE saw a 34% increase in revenue and a 37% increase in margin loan balances compared to the same period in 2024. Despite strong revenue growth, first-quarter profits declined due to increased operating expenses, particularly from provisions for financial assets and borrowing costs. Net profit after tax in the first quarter reached VND 53.1 billion, a decrease of 24.3% compared to the same period last year.

Recently, DNSE has focused strongly on the derivatives market. In this segment, DNSE currently holds the top 2 position in derivatives market share, with a market share of 16.7% in Q1/2025.

Simultaneously, the company continues to increase the number of new accounts opened. DNSE reported that in Q1 2025, it held 33% of the market share for new accounts opened nationwide, with nearly 75% of customers coming from partner channels. This figure has increased the total number of accounts managed by DNSE to 1.2 million by the end of June 2025.
