(NLDO) – At the end of the session on March 24, strong purchasing power in some groups of stocks helped Vietnamese stocks increase. Investors can hold stocks that are attracting cash flow.

At the end of the session on March 24, the VN-Index closed at 1,330 points, up nearly 8.5 points, equivalent to 0.64%.

The market opened the trading session on March 24 in green thanks to the increase in prices of some real estate stocks, such as VIC, VHM, VRE... However, many stocks in this group performed poorly, causing the market to not have enough strength to go up.

On the other hand, the green color did not spread as the number of stocks that decreased in points dominated. Accordingly, at the end of the morning session, the general index fluctuated, slightly decreasing below the reference level.

In the first half of the afternoon session, the market continued to fluctuate around the reference level. However, at the end of the session, strong demand appeared in some bank stocks such as TCB, SHB , and VCB along with the real estate group (VIC, VHM, VRE) increasing in price, helping the general index regain its upward momentum.

In addition, construction - public investment stocks, food stocks and some individual codes also attracted positive demand, notably DPG (+3.77%), HVN (+3.99%) and DBC (+4.35%).

At the end of the session, VN-Index closed at 1,330 points, up nearly 8.5 points, equivalent to 0.64%.

VCBS Securities Company believes that although active buying money is flowing into the market, it is necessary to monitor whether the trend continues in the first half of the next session.

"Investors should maintain a stock ratio of about 60-70% of the portfolio, can take advantage of short-term increases to take profits on stocks that have reached their targets, and look for new buying points in stocks that are attracting cash flow, typically the securities, retail and real estate sectors" - VCBS Securities Company recommends

Meanwhile, Dragon Viet Securities Company (VDSC) stated that investors can buy short-term stocks with positive developments and consider taking profits on stocks that have increased to the resistance zone.
