The project that started construction is To Hieu Primary School, Chuong Duong Commune. Chairman of the People's Committee of Chuong Duong Commune Tu Ngoc Thanh said that the project to build To Hieu Primary School in Chuong Duong Commune was approved by the People's Council of the former Thuong Tin District in Resolution No. 25/NQ-HDND dated September 29, 2021 and the project was approved in Decision No. 2257/QD-UBND dated June 24, 2024.

To Hieu Primary School in Chuong Duong Commune has been invested in building modern facilities, meeting the teaching and learning needs of teachers and students; aiming at a standard model. The total investment of the project is 34.3 billion VND. Construction time is 300 days. Up to now, the commune has completed the selection of construction contractors and consulting contractors according to regulations.

For 2 projects with construction signs: Project to renovate and upgrade Cua Mieu Lake in Ha Vy village and project to restore and embellish Ben Chuong Duong Temple relic.

The project to renovate and upgrade Cua Mieu Lake in Ha Vy village, Chuong Duong commune was approved by the People's Council of the former Thuong Tin district in Resolution No. 01/NQ-HDND dated April 12, 2023 with the project's objectives and scale belonging to group C, type of technical infrastructure works, with a total investment of VND 14,838 billion.

The project to renovate Cua Mieu Lake, Ha Vy village, after completion, will create a landscape, green, clean and beautiful space around the cultural relic area and residential area, contributing to the formation of urban space, raising people's awareness in environmental protection, and ensuring drainage of residential areas.

Secretary of the Party Committee of Chuong Duong Commune Vu Van Tuan informed that with the project to renovate and embellish the Ben Chuong Duong Temple relic, Chuong Duong Commune - now Chuong Duong Commune, the People's Council of the former Thuong Tin District approved the investment policy in Resolution No. 09/NQ-HDND dated May 12, 2022 and the project was approved in Decision No. 4450/QD-UBND dated October 28, 2024. The project to renovate and restore the main temple of ^160m2 , renovate the guest house of ^83m2 , build a toilet and kitchen, build a temple gate, and renovate the garden and infrastructure. The total investment is 14,959 billion VND.

The restoration project aims to protect historical and cultural relics and scenic spots from the impacts of the natural and social environment; preserve and promote the typical cultural values of relics in the area; prevent the risk of destruction, loss of relics and serious degradation.

At the ceremony of attaching the project's nameplate and starting the project, Secretary of the Party Committee of Chuong Duong Commune Vu Van Tuan praised the efforts of the investor, related units, contractors in the construction work and the coordination of the Party Committee. With the completed projects put into use, cadres and people will together preserve, protect and promote their value. For the project starting construction, the contractor needs to ensure progress, safe construction and quality.
