The Association for Supporting Poor Patients - People with Disabilities and Protection of Children's Rights of Lam Dong province has coordinated with the Association for Supporting Poor Patients of Ho Chi Minh City, Lam Dong II Hospital, Duc Trong Regional Medical Center and Southwest Eye Hospital of Ho Chi Minh City to implement this project.

As a result, nearly 1,000 people received eye examinations and 547 people received free artificial lens replacement surgery. Eye surgery patients were given post-operative medication, eye protection glasses, and a place to rest while waiting for follow-up examinations and bandage changes.

In particular, the charity kitchen of Duc Trong Regional Medical Center served 400 free sandwiches and 600 meals to the people, medical staff and volunteers. The Association for Supporting Poor Patients - People with Disabilities and Protecting Children's Rights of Bao Loc supported 500 meals (60-80 thousand VND/meal) for patients and medical staff participating in this program.
