The special art program "Keeping the Oath - Green Central Highlands" is a tribute to the heroic sacrifices and tireless dedication of generations of security officers during the years of resistance and in peacetime. Each performance evokes profound emotions and pride in the audience, highlighting an unforgettable part of the history of the Vietnamese People's Public Security Force with its glorious milestones in both war and peace.
Wars have passed, leaving behind immense losses for both those who perished and those who remained. The darkness of war has faded, but its pain still lingers, reminding every Vietnamese person to cherish the value of peace today. The special art program "Keeping the Oath - Green Central Highlands" reaffirms that the younger generation will never forget those great contributions. The flame of patriotism from our ancestors will be continued and passed on to the younger generation today.
The images are linked to touching stories told in the program. One such story is that of the daughter of martyr and Hero of the Armed Forces Phan Văn Viêm, who, upon learning of her father's death, forged his handwriting to write a letter to her mother to help her maintain her faith, especially when her mother was ill.
It was a trip by Colonel Nguyen Cong Hoa, a seasoned veteran with achievements in the fight against Fulro, to visit the memorial of hero Y Thuyen Ksor in Yang Mao, recalling the arduous days of building a prosperous, peaceful, and developed Central Highlands with aspirations for integration.
And finally, the recent story of Cu Kuin (Dak Lak) remains a painful wound. The blood of police officers continues to be shed for the peace of the people. Even in this crisis, the upright people of the Central Highlands remain loyal and supportive of the police force, a beautiful and profound expression of the people's devotion.
Interspersed with the stories are artistic performances and unique instrumental ensembles such as: "Mother's Story," "The Song of the Police Officer," "Under the Glorious Banner," "The Flame of the Highlands," etc. These performances not only honor the glorious historical journey of the People's Police Force both in war and peacetime, but also embody the identity and spirit of the majestic Central Highlands region and its resilient and tenacious people.
The meticulously prepared and elaborate performances and artistic presentations brought to the audience a range of emotions about the heroic deeds and silent sacrifices of the police force in maintaining security and order. During the program, the organizers also presented many gifts to the relatives of martyrs and those who rendered meritorious service.
The program concluded with the oath of the People's Public Security officers before the Monument to President Ho Chi Minh, addressed to the people, especially the ethnic groups of the Central Highlands, further strengthening the people's trust in the People's Public Security force.
