BAC GIANG - The People's Committee of Bac Giang province has just issued a document announcing the change of time to organize a special art program to celebrate the establishment of the new Bac Ninh province at the Bac Giang city bridge.

According to the plan, the People's Committee of Bac Giang province will coordinate with the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province to organize a special art program, combined with fireworks to celebrate from 7:30 p.m. on June 30, 2025 at two locations in Bac Giang city and Bac Ninh city.

However, according to the weather forecast from June 27 to July 2 of the Bac Giang Province Hydrometeorological Station, the period from the night of June 28 to July 2 is forecasted to be cloudy, with widespread moderate to heavy rain, and very heavy rain in some places; the rain will mainly be concentrated in the late afternoon, evening and morning; the heavy rain will be concentrated from the night of June 29 to the morning of June 30 to the end of the night of July 1. The above weather conditions are very unfavorable, not suitable for organizing outdoor art programs and fireworks displays.

In order to achieve the purpose and meaning of the program under the direction of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, to create a joyful, exciting and impressive atmosphere for the people in the important event of the province, the special art program has been changed to 7:30 p.m., July 4, 2025 (Friday).

In order to prepare well for the successful organization of the program, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Bac Giang province to coordinate with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Bac Ninh province and the event organizer to prepare the necessary conditions to organize the program on the evening of July 4, 2025.
