On the evening of January 31st, at the Ho Guom Theater (Hanoi), the Ministry of Public Security organized a special art program themed "Spring Offering to the Party," to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the success of the 14th National Congress of the Party.

The program was attended by General Luong Tam Quang, Member of the Political Bureau and Minister of Public Security; leaders of the Party and State; and representatives of leaders from central and Hanoi city departments, ministries, and agencies.

In Part I, under the direction of Conductor, Meritorious Artist Kim Xuan Hieu, familiar vocal and instrumental works that have accompanied the history of the Vietnamese revolution are recreated with great emotion. Particularly noteworthy is the song "Praise to President Ho Chi Minh" by composer Van Cao, a work born from the absolute love and faith of the people for their beloved President Ho Chi Minh.

Songs praising the Fatherland and the Party have vividly portrayed the image of a resilient Vietnam in war, persistent in reform, and confident in international integration. The image of the Fatherland emerges not only through its glorious history but also through its achievements in development today, so that every citizen has the right to be proud and confident in the path that the Party, President Ho Chi Minh, and our people have chosen.

A particularly meaningful highlight of the program was the performance of the song "Ho Chi Minh, the Most Beautiful Name" by Korean singer Cho Hee-ryong in Vietnamese. With genuine respect and emotion, it transcended language barriers, demonstrating the powerful influence of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and personality on international friends.

Moving on to Part II, the artistic space expanded with world classical music. Ludwig van Beethoven's Symphony No. 3 "Eroica - Heroic," under the direction of Finnish conductor Kalle Kuusava, brought a new intellectual depth to the program.

The work expresses the aspiration for freedom, the spirit of humanism, and noble ideals – values that bear a deep resemblance to the revolutionary spirit, the will for independence, and the aspiration for peace of the Vietnamese people.
