Nowadays, the sight of people using smartphones to look up information and conduct transactions has become commonplace. From farmers to small traders, all they need is a smartphone connected to the internet to manage their farms from cultivation to harvesting and selling their products. According to the plan for disseminating, promoting, and implementing the "Digital Literacy Movement" in Binh Duong province, the goals set for 2025 are: 80% of officials, civil servants, and public sector employees will have an understanding of digital transformation, digital knowledge and skills, and be able to use digital platforms and services to support their work; 100% of high school students and university students will be equipped with digital knowledge and skills to support learning, research, and creativity, and will have safety skills in learning and social interaction in the digital environment; 1.1 million adults will be certified as having achieved universal knowledge of digital transformation and digital skills on the VNeID platform….

Meanwhile, the goal by 2026 is for 100% of officials, civil servants, and employees in the public sector to have an understanding of digital transformation, digital knowledge and skills, and to effectively use digital platforms and services for their work; 100% of primary school students to be equipped with digital knowledge and skills for learning, research, and creativity, to recognize risks, and to have skills to ensure safety in the digital environment; and 1.6 million adults to be certified as having achieved universal knowledge of digital transformation and digital skills on the VNeID platform… To achieve this goal, a series of solutions have been proposed, focusing on accelerating the digital transformation process in the field of education and training, and developing new educational models based on digital technology and artificial intelligence.

Creating an environment for students to access and develop digital skills and benefit from the digital transformation achievements of the industry. Promoting the role of students in volunteer activities to disseminate digital skills to the public, primarily family members and those in difficult circumstances. The plan also emphasizes organizing digital skills training classes for workers and employees in enterprises, cooperatives, and cooperative unions to understand the digital transformation trends of their units and apply new technologies to improve productivity and efficiency.

Meanwhile, at the grassroots level, neighborhood groups coordinate with community digital technology teams, the Youth Union, digital technology businesses, women's associations, and professional social organizations to assign members with technological knowledge to guide people, especially the elderly and unskilled workers, in using digital platforms and services. They organize "Digital Literacy Classes" for the elderly on using the internet, online public services, digital payments, especially digital security and online healthcare…

According to assessments, the Youth Union branches in the province have done a very good job in this area recently, aiming to ensure that no one is left behind in the current "digital revolution".
