With a height of 1.72m, measurements of 90-65-98cm and the achievement of Miss Grand Vietnam 2023 runner-up, Truong Qui Minh Nhan ( Hue City) is attracting attention at Miss Universe Vietnam 2025. She is an English teacher and bilingual MC with an IELTS certificate of 8.0, graduated from the Faculty of International Business majoring in Foreign Trade.

Sharing with VietNamNet , Minh Nhan admitted that there were times when she felt backward. "Although I was busy every day with lectures, textbooks and students, I forgot about my own dreams. I lived for others too much and forgot that I also needed to develop myself," she confided.

That moment of realization motivated Minh Nhan to begin her journey to find her passion again. She wanted to become a role model for her students - someone who constantly strives and strives to improve.

"Many students used to be afraid of English and lacked confidence, but over time, I see that they dare to take on more challenges," she shared.

Minh Nhan shares that music is a place to release emotions, a medicine to heal when tired. When singing, she listens to her own emotions and the subtle messages that the song conveys.

Regarding the advantage in the contest, Minh Nhan is confident that it is "comprehension - the ability to absorb quickly, listen and be ready to change". She did not come to Miss Cosmo Vietnam with a perfect image but with the spirit of continuous learning.

Truong Qui Minh Nhan believes that love is a positive energy that helps people become more altruistic, warm and stronger.

Having failed in a speech contest due to lack of preparation, Minh Nhan turned failure into motivation. After that, she changed her way of thinking, practiced more and continuously studied in many fields to gain more extensive knowledge. The result is the Olympic award "Best Young Writer" which proves the maturity from failure.

A painful memory motivated Minh Nhan to join Miss Cosmo Vietnam. She witnessed a poor family not having enough money to pay for the funeral of a loved one. "That scene haunted me for a long time. I always wanted to do something for the less fortunate," she confided. While following the journey of Miss Cosmo Vietnam, she saw the positive media value and the profound spirit of humanity that the contest is spreading.

Music is a hobby that helps Minh Nhan release her emotions.

Regarding love, Minh Nhan has her own understanding: "Everyone deserves to love and be loved. To me, love is not just a feeling reserved for someone but a positive energy that helps people become more altruistic, warm and stronger." According to her, love makes people live deeply, know how to listen and sympathize with the pain of others.
