In parallel, the Ha Tien - Phu Quoc route has a more optimal travel time, about 1-2 hours with two shipping companies: Superdong and Phu Quoc Express. The train price ranges from 160,000 VND - 230,000 VND/trip depending on the shipping company and ticket type. The Ha Tien - Phu Quoc trains will run from 7:10 am to 1:30 pm and the opposite direction from 6:50 am to 3:00 pm every day.

Visitors who want to bring cars or motorbikes to the island can choose Thanh Thoi ferry departing from both Ha Tien and Rach Gia ports. Travel time is about 3 hours.
