Taking advantage of favorable weather conditions, farmers in Coc San commune are actively working in the fields, preparing the land and planting spring rice according to the correct planting schedule.
To date, over 90% of the rice seedling area has been sown and transplanted. Some early-sown seedlings are being prepared for mass transplanting, with the goal of completing the sowing and transplanting by March 2026, in accordance with the seasonal schedule.

According to the plan for the spring crop of 2026, Coc San commune aims to cultivate 101 hectares (mainly high-quality rice varieties), suitable to the local soil and climate conditions, with an expected average rice yield of 58.5 quintals/hectare or more, and an estimated rice production of nearly 600 tons.
To achieve the set targets, right from the beginning of the season, the People's Committee of Coc San commune closely supervised the planting schedule and crop structure; at the same time, it guided farmers to properly carry out land preparation, water management, and seedling preparation according to technical procedures.
Local authorities and agricultural extension officers regularly visit the fields, supporting farmers in adhering to planting schedules, improving productivity and production efficiency. Simultaneously, efforts to disseminate information and provide guidance on seedling care and protection, and pest and disease control after transplanting are intensified, encouraging farmers to proactively prepare for a successful spring crop.
