Mr. Hoang Manh Ngoc, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kolia Cao Bang Limited Company, shared: "In 2016, during a trip to Da Lat city, Lam Dong province, I was impressed by the deep purple color of the sim flowers on the rather tall sim trees there. I took the seeds, propagated them, and planted sim trees, creating a sim flower road to serve tourists."

After 8 years of growth and development, the myrtle trees are now about 3 meters tall. The cluster of myrtle trees in bloom creates a myrtle flower road, a new tourist attraction.
