Mr. Hoang Manh Ngoc, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kolia Cao Bang Limited Liability Company, shared, in 2016, during a trip to Da Lat city, Lam Dong province, I was impressed by the deep purple color of sim flowers on the tall sim trees here. I took seeds, propagated and planted sim trees, creating a sim flower road to serve tourists.
