After receiving the information, the Ward Police quickly verified and contacted relevant agencies and units to check the transfer content, verify the account owner's information and the purpose of the money transfer.
Upon verification, the mistaken account owner was Mr. NNL, residing in Thai Binh ward, Hung Yen province. Bac Ha commune police proactively contacted Mr. L. to discuss and persuade, and at the same time instructed both parties to properly implement the regulations on refunding the mistakenly transferred money.

By the morning of October 4, Mr. NNL had transferred the entire amount of 3.2 billion VND to Ms. CAN. The case was resolved quickly, safely, in accordance with regulations, without any complaints or disputes.
Touched by the spirit of serving the people, Ms. CAN sent her thanks and wishes for good health to all officers and soldiers of Bac Ha Police.
Through the above incident, Bac Ha Commune Police recommend that people should carefully check their account information before making money transfers, especially large amounts. When a wrong transfer occurs, citizens should stay calm, quickly contact the bank and immediately report to the nearest police station for timely support.
This case once again affirms the sense of responsibility and beautiful image of the People's Public Security force: always dedicated, close and ready to accompany and support the people in difficult situations, contributing to strengthening the people's trust in the Commune Public Security force.
