The campaign aims to promote the image and brand of Quang Ninh tourism in conjunction with the 2025 tourism stimulus program, affirming the message "Quang Ninh Tourism - Safe, Friendly, Attractive, Professional," and its position as a leading destination in Vietnam and the region.
The stimulus activities aim to provide new and diverse experiences for tourists through a series of unique cultural, sports, culinary, and artistic events and festivals; combined with upgrading products and services and applying digital technology to improve service quality and gradually overcome the seasonality of domestic tourism. Quang Ninh's goal is to maintain growth momentum and attract tourists during the Autumn-Winter 2025 season, the Lunar New Year and early spring festivals of 2026, striving to welcome 20 million tourists in 2025 and achieve total revenue of 55,000 billion VND.
In the last three months of 2025, Quang Ninh will host many major events such as: a series of artistic fireworks displays three days a week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday) from September 1st to December 31st, combined with performances of traditional Quang Ninh music and dance; the Quang Ninh Food Festival (from October 30th to November 2nd); and the Halo Bay Show series combining water and light shows, held daily. Along with these are music programs and moonlit nights in October and November; a New Year's Eve countdown to 2026 commemorating the 80th anniversary of the first General Election to elect the Vietnamese National Assembly (January 6th, 1946 - January 6th, 2026) on the evening of December 30th; and an art program "Welcome to the New Year 2026" on the evening of December 31st...
In addition, there are other activities: the "Dragon Bay Takes Flight" kite and paragliding festival; the "Dragon Bay Surfs" boat racing festival at Bai Chay; the Ha Long Marina Mid-Autumn Festival; the Quang Ninh Ethnic Groups' Culture and Sports Festival (November); the "Dragon Bay Shines" event with lighting and releasing sky lanterns and floating lanterns, lighting up the Christmas tree, Christmas and New Year's Eve dances combined with fireworks; the "Yen Tu - Autumn Colors of Meditation" festival; the Bach Dang Victory Art Exhibition; the International Puppet Festival…
