The appointment of judges has significantly contributed to improving the quantity, quality, qualifications and trial capacity of the two levels of courts in the province, promptly responding to new requirements.

On the afternoon of December 6, the Provincial People's Court held a ceremony to announce the President's Decision on the appointment of Intermediate Judges and Primary Judges.

According to the appointment decision, the two-level People's Court of Thanh Hoa province has 4 primary judges appointed by the President as intermediate judges and 8 officials appointed as primary judges.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Nga, Provincial Party Committee member, Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Court, presented the President's Decision to appoint an Intermediate Judge.

Four primary judges were appointed by the President as intermediate judges, including: Tran Thi Nga (born in 1979), Chief of Office of Thanh Hoa City People's Court; Tran Thi Thu Phuong (born in 1985), Bim Son Town People's Court; Pham Van Hung (born in 1982), Chief Justice of Quan Hoa District People's Court; Dao Thi Thu Thuy (born in 1979), Quang Xuong District People's Court.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Nga, Provincial Party Committee member, Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Court, presented the President's Decision to appoint a Primary Judge.

The President appointed 8 officials as Primary Judges, including: Tran Thi Huong (born in 1985), Secretary of the People's Court of Quang Xuong district; Nguyen Hong Nhung (born in 1990), Secretary, Chief of Office of the People's Court of Sam Son city; Vo Thanh Dai (born in 1978), Secretary, Chief of Office of the People's Court of Nhu Thanh district; Bui Thi Hang (born in 1989), Secretary of the People's Court of Quang Xuong district; Trinh Thi Dung (born in 1985), Secretary of the People's Court of the province; Le Thi Phuong (born in 1980), Secretary of the People's Court of Dong Son district; Pham Viet Chien (born in 1981), Secretary of the People's Court of Nghi Son town and Nguyen Thi Hai Ha (born in 1992), Secretary of the People's Court of Thanh Hoa city.

Presenting the President’s decision to appoint judges, Comrade Nguyen Thi Nga, member of the Provincial Party Committee and Chief Justice of the Provincial People’s Court, expressed her joy and excitement that the two-level courts of Thanh Hoa province have added 4 intermediate judges and 8 primary judges. This has contributed significantly to improving the quantity, quality, qualifications and adjudication capacity of the two-level courts of the province, promptly responding to new requirements.

Leaders of the Provincial People's Court presented flowers to congratulate the newly appointed intermediate judges.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Nga said that the appointment by the President first of all affirms the spirit, results of efforts and training of the judges and court clerks themselves. At the same time, it affirms the attention of the Party, the State, the Supreme People's Court, and the close direction of the leaders of the two-level courts in the province.
