Announcement of the decision to establish the Trade Union of Lai Chau Tea Joint Stock Company.

On the afternoon of May 18th, the Trade Union of Lai Chau Tea Joint Stock Company held a conference to announce the decision to establish the grassroots trade union.

Attending the conference were: Mr. Luong Xuan Truong - Chairman of the Lai Chau Provincial Federation of Labor; leaders and staff of the Provincial Federation of Labor; and leaders, union members, and workers of Lai Chau Tea Joint Stock Company.

The conference announced the decisions of the Provincial Labor Union regarding the recognition of the Lai Chau Tea Joint Stock Company's grassroots trade union; the recognition of 16 union members; and the recognition of the Executive Committee of the Lai Chau Tea Joint Stock Company's grassroots trade union. Among them, Mr. Nguyen Van Ty, Deputy Director of Lai Chau Tea Joint Stock Company, was appointed as the Chairman of the Trade Union.

The establishment of the Trade Union at Lai Chau Tea Joint Stock Company not only completes the trade union organization in accordance with the Vietnam Trade Union Charter, but also creates a solid foundation for the trade union to truly become a reliable support, representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.

Comrade Luong Xuan Truong - Chairman of the Provincial Labor Union - congratulated the Lai Chau Tea Joint Stock Company's grassroots trade union on its official launch. He also requested that in the coming period, the grassroots trade union of the Lai Chau Tea Joint Stock Company should focus on several specific tasks, such as: developing a program and plan of activities for the term and for 2026; establishing the operating regulations of the trade union executive committee; promoting patriotic emulation movements; establishing a coordination mechanism between the trade union and the company's Board of Directors, effectively fulfilling its role as a "bridge" - both protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers and accompanying the sustainable development of the company. He emphasized the importance of building a strong grassroots trade union organization.

Speaking at the conference, the representative of the leadership of Lai Chau Tea Joint Stock Company expressed the hope that the trade union executive committee would fully fulfill its responsibilities, effectively care for union members and employees, and create motivation for union members and employees to be committed and actively contribute to the company's development. At the same time, they pledged to create all conditions for the trade union to operate smoothly and effectively.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Phuong, Director of Lai Chau Tea Joint Stock Company, delivered a speech at the conference.
