Announcing the Decision to establish the Department of Education and Training of Lao Cai province

On the morning of July 1, a conference was held to announce the Decision on the establishment of the Department of Education and Training of Lao Cai province and decisions on personnel work under the department.

The Heads and Deputy Heads of Departments of the Departmentof Education and Training received the decision.

At the conference, Comrade Luyen Huu Chung, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Director in charge of the Department of Education and Training, approved Resolution No. 05/NQ-HDND of the Lao Cai Provincial People's Council on the establishment of specialized agencies under the Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee. Accordingly, the Department of Education and Training of Lao Cai province was established on the basis of merging the Department of Education and Training of Yen Bai province (old) and the Department of Education and Training of Lao Cai province (old).

The conference also approved the list of Department Heads and Deputy Department Heads of the Department of Education and Training; draft Working Regulations of the agencies under the department.

This is an important milestone in the process of implementing the policy of rearranging provincial administrative units to streamline the apparatus, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of state management, and at the same time open a new development stage for the province's education and training sector.
