'Sugar Princess', daughter of Phat Dat chairman, sells shares.

According to recently released information, Ms. Dang Huynh Uc My, younger sister of Mr. Dang Hong Anh, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saigon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company (TTC Land, ticker SCR), sold 110,419 shares between September 18 and 24 through order matching.

Based on the closing price of SCR shares on September 24th at 5,500 VND/share, Ms. My could potentially earn nearly 600 million VND.

Following this transaction, Mr. Dang Hong Anh's younger brother no longer holds any shares of SCR. Currently, Vice Chairman Dang Hong Anh owns over 40 million shares, representing 10.11%.

Ms. Dang Huynh Uc My, born in 1981, is the daughter of Mr. Dang Van Thanh, Chairman of Thanh Thanh Cong Group, and Ms. Huynh Bich Ngoc. Ms. My is often referred to by the nickname "Sugar Princess".

The businesswoman is also known for her role as Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Thanh Thanh Cong - Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company (TTC AgriS, ticker SBT).

The stock market also recorded several other stock transactions. Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Thu, daughter of Mr. Nguyen Van Dat, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company (PDR), sold more than 1.08 million shares between September 9th and September 24th through order matching.

After the transaction, Ms. Thu still owns more than 5.97 million shares, representing 0.68%.

Mr. Nguyen Van Dung, Chairman of the Board of Directors ofFPT Securities Joint Stock Company (FTS), sold over 134,000 shares between August 30th and September 20th through order matching. Mr. Dung currently holds over 154,000 shares, representing 0.05%.

Mr. Le Xuan Hoang, brother-in-law of Mr. Luu Dinh Tuan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of 911 Group Joint Stock Company (code NO1), has registered to sell all of his nearly 750,000 shares, representing 3.12%. The transaction is expected to take place from September 27th to October 18th through negotiated and order matching methods.

Similarly, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thom, Mr. Tuan's sister-in-law, also registered to sell all of her more than 601,000 shares, representing 2.5%.
