On behalf of the delegation, the leaders of the Hoa Binh Health Trade Union awarded the Medal "For the cause of building the Vietnam Trade Union" to individuals with outstanding achievements.
The Health Sector Trade Union currently has nearly 4,300 officials, union members, and workers (NLĐ) participating in 31 grassroots trade unions. In the first 6 months of the year, the industry's trade union has done a good job of caring for the lives and protecting the legal and legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers. 100% of administrative units and 90% of enterprises successfully organized conferences for workers, civil servants, and workers.
Carrying out activities to care for union members and workers, on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, the industry union organized the program "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Deng", giving nearly 300 gifts to workers in especially difficult circumstances; presenting a union warm house worth 40 million VND to union members with housing difficulties.
Emulation movements continue to be widely launched by trade unions at all levels to union members and workers, focusing on the emulation movements: "Good workers - Creative workers", "Green - Clean - Beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene", "All people unite to build a cultural life". The whole industry has 131 scientific research topics, 27 units registered to participate in building cultural units. Regarding women's work, trade unions at all levels have maintained the organization of cultural, artistic and sports activities with diverse content, attracting a large number of union members and workers.
At the conference, the Health Sector Trade Union announced the decision to dissolve and end the activities of 11 grassroots trade unions according to the policy of streamlining the organizational apparatus and improving operational efficiency under the direction of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor ; 14 individuals with outstanding achievements in trade union activities were awarded the Medal "For the cause of building the Vietnam Trade Union organization".
