At the conference, the Ministry of Industry and Trade announced the decision to establish a Working Group of the Ministry to implement Conclusion No. 155-KL/TW, dated May 17, 2025 of the Politburo and the Secretariat on a number of key tasks that need to be focused on in terms of restructuring the apparatus and administrative units; announced the Ministry's hotline to receive instructions and answer questions, proposals and recommendations from agencies, units and localities. Along with that, the Ministry provided guidance on the content of Circular No. 37/2025/TT-BCT, dated June 14, 2025 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade guiding the functions, tasks and powers of specialized agencies on industry and trade under the People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities and People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones under provinces and centrally run cities.
