Zalo user community joins the 'Proud of Vietnam' campaign

On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), Zalo launched the "Proud of Vietnam" campaign with activities including updating the personal page interface and AI avatar. The campaign was deployed from August 26 to September 3.

With two main activities including updating the personal page interface and AI avatar, the "Proud of Vietnam" campaign taking place from August 26 to September 3 will contribute to strongly promoting the patriotic spirit of every Vietnamese person in the digital space.

With the activity of updating the personal page interface, Zalo provides users with 16 interface sets with diverse content about the country's landscape, the national flag that brings national pride, the unique features of Vietnamese culture and people, pictures of modern Vietnamese life... Images imbued with the spirit of patriotism will be displayed on the personal page wallpaper and call wallpaper of each user as a source of pride and a reminder of the value of peace , independence, and freedom.

Along with the personal page and call background, the interface set also includes a representative photo frame imbued with the Vietnamese spirit.

To update the “Proud of Vietnam” interface set for personal pages, users just need to click on the campaign banner on the Diary page to choose their favorite wallpaper and profile picture frame. After clicking save customization, users can share the new interface set and their feelings with relatives and friends on Zalo.

Together with each user spreading the image of the red flag with yellow star in important moments of the country, Zalo also implemented the activity of updating personal avatars. With the support of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, Zalo users can quickly put on the red flag with yellow star with unique realistic or chibi photo style.

To participate in this activity, users access the message introducing the “Proud of Vietnam” campaign from Zalo’s Official Account (OA) and click “Create AI avatar”. After taking a portrait photo or choosing an available photo, users select the appropriate age and gender and then choose a realistic or chibi photo style. Finally, click “Create photo” to update the personal interface image.
