AI - A companion in every aspect of life
For many leaders, a personal assistant is essential to managing time. But in the modern workplace, the solution may come from technology. Ms. Nguyen Minh Huong, CEO of Golden Communication Group, shares how she manages the work flow of more than 100 employees in the creative industry, simultaneously taking on many different roles.

C-suites of many Vietnamese businesses recently had a sharing session on how to operate artificial intelligence and the "folding assistant" Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 (Photo: BTC).
Ms. Huong compares herself to living 3-4 lives with many different jobs and tasks, so she needs to have a way to manage her time. For about 2 years, the female CEO has used AI to create her own virtual assistant, helping her schedule each day, prioritize important tasks, thereby freeing up time for personal activities such as reading books or talking to her children.
This is also a typical example showing that AI is no longer a distant tool but has become a personalized solution, helping people optimize their most precious resource: time.

Not stopping at work, AI is gradually penetrating every corner of personal life, becoming a multi-purpose advisor and companion. Ms. Thai Van Linh, CEO of Skills Bridge, said that there is no distinction between whether or not to use AI, because AI coordinates in all daily matters. From quickly asking the "AI doctor" about the child's symptoms, consulting about blood test results, to playing the role of a patient tutor to help answer the daughter's difficult questions, AI has become a natural part of family activities.

Similarly, journalist Ngo Tran Thinh, Head of Multimedia Content, HTV News Center, said that he talks to it more than he does to his wife. For him, AI is both a diary to confide in and a creative partner, helping him learn how to write delicate greetings or even create weather reports with a song composed and performed by AI - a product that has become a hit on social networks.
Foldable smartphones and AI become a "perfect pair" for peak productivity
When these smart AI assistants need a “body” to work most flexibly and effectively, especially when moving, foldable smartphones like the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 have proven their superiority.
Thai Van Linh, a longtime Samsung phone user, explains why she loves the foldable device: "Mostly I like being able to open more than one window. On my computer, I usually have at least two windows."
With the Galaxy Z Fold7, Ms. Linh said she can easily recreate that multitasking environment right on her mobile: one side of the screen is for writing content, the other side opens Gemini for research, while still being able to keep track of other notes. The ability to expand the screen makes viewing a Google Sheet spreadsheet or reading documents while traveling in a car much easier and more efficient.

Journalist Ngo Tran Thinh also shared a similar story. The script for HTV’s first TV report written entirely by AI was produced by him on his Galaxy Z Fold5 foldable phone. The ability to turn a groundbreaking idea into reality right on a compact mobile device shows the power of combining flexible hardware and intelligent software.
Ms. Nguyen Tran Thanh Thuy, Head of Marketing Communications for Samsung Vietnam's high-end mobile products, further emphasized the AI features built into the device (on-device) such as "Generative Edit" to quickly erase unwanted details in family travel photos, or planning a trip with just one command for Gemini. She emphasized that Samsung's choice of Vietnamese as one of the first 13 languages supported by Galaxy AI is not only a source of pride, but also a superior advantage, helping Vietnamese users to use artificial intelligence tools in the most natural and effective way.

KOL Duy Luan, also co-founder of Elton Data, also added a practical example of the "Audio Eraser" feature on Galaxy AI, or the ability to summarize websites... "Whatever takes a lot of time, AI will support to reduce the formula, freeing up time to do other more useful things," he said.
Master AI, don't let AI master you
Despite the importance of AI, Vietnamese C-Suites share the same view: technology is a supporting tool, not a replacement for humans. Ms. Nguyen Minh Huong advises leaders not to rush into trends with FOMO mentality, but to calmly choose AI solutions that best suit the company's strategy and people, with the ultimate goal of helping employees "work more efficiently and breathe easier".
CEO Thai Van Linh told Gen Zers not to be afraid that AI will replace them. Just like the Internet changed the workplace in the past, AI is only raising the minimum skill level required to a new level. “As long as we keep trying to learn, try to do things, work hard, and dig deep into what we do, AI will not affect your work, and your boss will still need you here,” Linh advised.

Finally, Duy Luan reminds users to consider AI as a normal tool to save time, but always be careful with the "hallucination" of AI and not to abuse it. "AI is just a tool. When abused, it will often have the opposite effect," Duy Luan concluded.
C-Suites also share the same perspective in today's era, successful leaders not only work hard, but also work smart, proactively integrating the most advanced technologies into their lives. In particular, the combination of AI assistant and a flexible, multi-tasking hardware device like the Galaxy Z Fold7 is becoming an effective formula, helping them not only master their work but also master their own time and life.
