In July 2025, Quang Ngai Power Company completed the adjustment of the new administrative address to issue invoices to customers; at the same time, widely announced the plan to re-sign the contract. The re-signing of the electricity purchase and sale contract is to comply with the provisions of the Electricity Law 2024, Decree No. 18/2025 dated February 8, 2025 and related legal documents, thereby ensuring the legitimate rights of electricity customers.
To facilitate customers in updating information, Quang Ngai Electricity Company has provided many channels for receiving information such as: website cskh.cpc.vn, EVNCPC CSKH application, email cskh@cpc.vn and hotline 19001909; at the same time, posting notices at transaction points, electricity bill collection points, coordinating with local authorities to provide information, ensuring that all customers are aware of the policy and receive specific instructions.
The contract re-signing process is implemented using digital signatures, which helps save time, shorten procedures and improve management efficiency. However, some customers, especially in remote areas, still have difficulty accessing and using digital signatures. To overcome this, the electricity sector is coordinating with local authorities, residential groups and residential areas to organize direct working sessions to provide advice, answer questions, and listen to feedback to promptly resolve problems and create consensus during the implementation process.
Re-signing the electricity purchase contract not only ensures legality and transparency in transactions but also contributes to improving service quality, bringing satisfaction to people in Quang Ngai province.
