Accounting for 70% of the dairy industry's contribution to the budget
CafeF has just announced the PRIVATE 100 ranking. In 2025, private enterprises will contribute VND 100 billion or more to the budget. In the food and beverage (F&B) industry, Vinamilk continues to hold the Top 2 position, with a contribution of up to VND 4,569 billion, an increase of 11.3% compared to 2023.
With this figure, Vinamilk alone has contributed nearly 30% of the total contribution of the Top 10 private enterprises in the F&B industry and about 70% of the contribution of the entire dairy industry. If calculated from the equitization in 2003 to now, the total amount of money this enterprise has paid to the budget has reached more than 62,000 billion VND.

In parallel, each year, the “giant” of the Vietnamese dairy industry also brings the State about 2,800-3,000 billion VND in cash dividends. The accumulated actual dividends received by State shareholders reached 36,306 billion VND, equivalent to about 1.57 billion USD.
Including dividends and budget contributions, since equitization, Vinamilk has brought in more than VND98,300 billion to the State budget. This is one of the clear evidences of the policy of transparency, compliance with the law and sustainable governance that the enterprise has pursued throughout its development process.
Where does power come from ?
Maintaining the position of Top 2 enterprises paying the largest budget in the F&B industry first comes from a solid financial foundation. Overcoming difficulties in the context of fierce competition and cautious consumer sentiment, Vinamilk recorded a recovery in the second quarter of 2025. The enterprise announced consolidated revenue of VND 16,745 billion, the highest quarterly revenue Vinamilk has ever recorded.
In the second quarter of 2025, export revenue reached VND 1,887 billion, up 8.5% over the same period and marking the 8th consecutive quarter of growth. In the first six months of the year, exports reached VND 3,507 billion, up 15.5%. This is the result of a strategy of continuously expanding international markets - Vinamilk is now present in 65 countries and for the first time, export revenue exceeded 20% of total consolidated revenue.
With the message “ We change for you ”, Vinamilk is showing flexible adaptation to new consumer trends. In the first half of 2025, the company continued to launch more than 70 new products to the market – far exceeding the company’s plan. The focus on product research and development has initially shown effectiveness, as some new products have accounted for up to 10% of revenue in the same product line.

Along with the product strategy, Vinamilk's approach to consumers is also "tailored" to suit each customer segment. In addition to expanding and upgrading the retail system, Vinamilk is doing well in optimizing "touch points" with consumers, demonstrated through building a youthful and friendly brand voice on social media platforms, appearing with KOLs in livestreams or strongly covering e-commerce platforms both domestically and internationally.
