Nghe An commends 151 typical examples of 'Skilled mass mobilization', a bright spot in grassroots democracy regulations for the 2021-2025 period

On the morning of October 13, the Steering Committee of the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization" - the Steering Committee for grassroots democracy regulations in Nghe An province solemnly held a conference to commend typical examples of "Skilled mass mobilization" and bright spots of typical grassroots democracy regulations in the period 2021 - 2025.

The conference was held in an exciting and competitive atmosphere towards the 95th anniversary of the Party's tradition of mass mobilization work (October 15, 1930 - October 15, 2025), welcoming the success of the 20th Nghe An Provincial Party Congress, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Attending the conference were comrades: Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Steering Committee for the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization" of the province; Le Hong Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Ngoc Kim Nam - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee for the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization" and implementation of the democratic regulations at the grassroots level of the province.

Also attending were members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee: Nguyen Nhu Khoi - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Hoang Phu Hien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of leaders of departments, branches, the Fatherland Front, socio -political organizations at the provincial level and 151 typical advanced collectives and individuals commended in this period.

Many models, outstanding highlights

Speaking at the opening of the conference, the representative of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department affirmed that in the period of 2021 - 2025, mass mobilization work in Nghe An has many innovations in content and methods, achieving many comprehensive results.

The whole province has built 22,830 models, typically "Skilled Mass Mobilization" with the criteria of "clear work, clear target, clear address", not only contributing to economic development, building new rural areas, maintaining security and order but also becoming "nuclei spreading trust, consensus spirit and aspiration to build the homeland".

At the same time, the implementation of the Grassroots Democracy Regulations has been promoted, achieving outstanding results with 462 bright spots of grassroots democracy built, maintained and expanded in the period of 2021 - 2025, contributing to reforming administrative procedures, solving pressing problems and difficulties of the people, consolidating the great national unity bloc, enhancing political stability, maintaining national defense and security, promoting economic development, creating a solid momentum for the completion of the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term and implementing Resolution No. 39-NQ/TW of the Politburo on building and developing Nghe An province to 2030, with a vision to 2045.

The highlight of the conference was the exchange program - sharing experiences between typical examples, through which delegates heard vivid and authentic stories from the grassroots, such as: Mon Son Border Guard Station mobilized border students to continue going to school, both providing material support and fostering will and belief; the creative way of the Hoa Tien Village Intergenerational Club (Chau Tien Commune) in mobilizing the community to care for the elderly, spreading the spirit of mutual love; or the experience of Ha Cat Hamlet (Minh Chau Commune) in implementing democracy, publicizing contributions, thereby strengthening people's trust in the grassroots government...

Continue to strongly innovate the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" movement and effectively implement the Law on Grassroots Democracy

Speaking at the conference, comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council praised and congratulated the exemplary collectives and individuals who were honored, and emphasized: "Mass mobilization work is the connecting thread between the Party's will and the people's hearts; it is a particularly important task in building the Party and the political system. Each mass mobilization cadre must truly be "close to the people, understand the people, respect the people and be responsible to the people"; each model of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" must originate from the needs and legitimate interests of the people".

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested all levels and sectors to continue to strongly innovate the content and methods of mass mobilization in the new situation; promote the movement of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" associated with studying and following the ideology, morality and lifestyle of Ho Chi Minh; at the same time effectively implement the Law on Democracy at Grassroots, create a democratic, public and transparent environment, promote the role of mastery and creativity of the People in socio-economic development.

At the conference, the Steering Committee of the emulation movement "Skilled in Mass Mobilization" awarded certificates to 45 collectives and 34 individuals who are typical examples of Skilled Mass Mobilization in Nghe An province for the period 2021-2025; the Steering Committee of the grassroots democracy regulations awarded certificates to 52 collectives and 21 individuals who are bright spots of the grassroots democracy regulations in Nghe An province for the period 2021-2025.
