Thanh Hoa Electricity Company: Spreading the spirit of companionship and sharing during Workers' Month

Responding to Workers' Month 2025, the month of action for workers launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Thanh Hoa Power Company (PC Thanh Hoa) organized a comprehensive visit and encouragement program to its affiliated units, demonstrating the deep and close concern of the Board of Directors and the Trade Union organization for the workforce, who are the direct force contributing to the success of the unit's production and business activities.

The program took place at 24 affiliated Power Companies, 110kV Enterprises, Electrical Testing Center, Hotline Team, Northern Power Guest House, Control Room and Company Vehicle Fleet.

At the units, the Company's Trade Union Executive Board shared information on the company's production and business situation and development orientation, and listened to the thoughts and aspirations of employees. Labor safety continued to be emphasized as a top priority, especially in the context of harsh summer weather, when electricity workers have to work outdoors at high intensity, posing many potential risks to health and safety.

Mr. Nghiem Dinh Son, Chairman of the Trade Union, Deputy Director of Thanh Hoa Electricity Company shared with workers at meetings on the occasion of Workers' Month 2025.

Speaking at the meetings, the representative of the Company's Trade Union emphasized: "We, the Trade Union members, understand and always appreciate the silent sacrifices of our workers. Especially those who are working directly outdoors, on the power grid, during shifts. With the spirit of "where there are difficult workers, there is the Trade Union", we pledge to continue to accompany, listen, protect the legitimate rights and interests, and create increasingly better working conditions for workers".

On this occasion, the Company presented gifts to units and employees in difficult circumstances, sick and ill with a total value of up to 290 million VND. The gifts show the affection, sharing and responsibility of the leaders towards each individual in the Thanh Hoa Electricity Company family.
