Over the years, the province has issued numerous programs, projects, and plans to promote the application of information technology and innovation in all fields, focusing on building a digital government , digital economy , and digital society, with citizens and businesses at the center of service. According to the Provincial People's Committee, digital transformation not only enhances the effectiveness and efficiency of state management but also helps to increase transparency in public service activities, saving time and costs for citizens and businesses.
