Ten voters from Cam Giang district expressed their opinions. Many voters raised issues related to the planned merger of Hai Duong province and Hai Phong city, and the reorganization of commune-level administrative units within the province.

The province will implement solutions to facilitate procedures for citizens, especially in light of the planned provincial merger and changes to the administrative center.
Some voters suggested paying attention to the placement of officials in the new administrative unit, retaining talented people, rationalizing arrangements, and creating favorable conditions for officials, civil servants, and workers to work and contribute.
Regarding part-time community-level officials, many voters requested attention to the support system when their positions cease, as these individuals have dedicated themselves and worked enthusiastically in the past.

Regarding construction projects, voters expressed concerns about which level of government will manage and implement ongoing projects or those for which investment has already been approved, after the reorganization of administrative units at all levels.
