During the meeting, many voters expressed their agreement with the policy of streamlining the administrative apparatus and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the political system. Voters suggested that, for the two-tiered local government model to operate effectively, it is necessary to quickly finalize the organizational and personnel mechanisms and ensure the necessary operating conditions for the grassroots level.
Voter Hoang Thi Tuyet from Ba Ria ward suggested continuing the specific decentralization and delegation of power to the commune level; paying attention to the regulations and operating budget for neighborhoods, residential groups, and grassroots officials.
Voter Vo Hong Dao from Long Huong ward reflected that commune-level officials and civil servants are under great pressure having to handle many tasks, while the staffing is limited.

Voter Hoang Quoc Viet from Ba Ria ward reflected that the prices of many essential goods remain high, directly affecting people's lives, especially low-income workers and small businesses. Some voters suggested that the National Assembly should consider adjusting regulations on personal allowance deductions to expand the scope of dependents to include parents receiving low pensions that are insufficient to cover their living expenses.

In the areas of land, public asset management, and policy implementation, voter Nguyen Xuan Son from Vung Tau ward suggested a mechanism for effectively utilizing public land and surplus office buildings after restructuring, avoiding waste of resources.
Urban and marine environmental issues were also of concern to many voters. Voter Pham Hong Ha from Phuoc Thang ward suggested the early dredging of the canal system, increased collection and treatment of waste in residential areas; and the relocation of seafood processing facilities that do not meet operating conditions and cause environmental pollution away from residential areas.

Speaking at the meeting, delegate Le Khanh Hai stated that land issues directly relate to the legitimate rights and interests of the people, and are prone to complaints if the resolution process lacks transparency and openness. The delegate requested that localities continue to review each project and each specific file; ensuring that compensation, support, and resettlement are carried out in accordance with the law, fairly, and in line with practical realities.
Regarding the activities of neighborhood and residential group leaders, delegate Le Khanh Hai emphasized that these are the forces closest to the people, directly implementing many tasks at the grassroots level. Therefore, assigning tasks must go hand in hand with ensuring appropriate operating conditions and mechanisms.
