Voters of Nam Sach and Ninh Giang suggest paying attention to investing in merged communes and towns.

At the meetings with voters of the Provincial People's Council delegates on November 22 and the afternoon of November 21, voters of Ninh Giang and Nam Sach districts requested the province to invest in merging communes and towns.

Some Ninh Giang voters suggested that all levels pay attention to supporting funding for localities to merge commune-level administrative units to complete infrastructure, creating convenience for people when new communes and towns come into operation.

On behalf of the delegation of the Provincial People's Council, Comrade Tran Van Quan, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, spoke and received the voters' recommendations and proposals. In addition to paying attention to financial support for the merged communes, Comrade Tran Van Quan said that policies to support redundant officials and support people to re-issue documents were also being implemented, creating convenience and ensuring the rights of the people.

Voters of Nam Sach district expressed their opinions focusing on many areas, in which voters of Thanh Quang commune suggested paying attention to investing in cultural and sports institutions, commune-level radio systems after the arrangement and merger of commune-level administrative units and supporting people to redo their documents after the merger.

Responding to voters’ opinions, Chairman of Nam Sach District People’s Committee Ho Ngoc Lam said that not only the communes and towns that have been reorganized and merged, but also the cultural and sports facilities in the remaining communes are deteriorating. The province and district are reviewing and will have support mechanisms based on the actual situation.

Regarding support for people to issue and exchange documents when merging communes, People's Council delegates said that localities will focus on implementing from January to June 2025 and will increase propaganda, creating the most favorable conditions for people and businesses when carrying out procedures.

Voters also made recommendations on a number of issues regarding the issuance of agricultural land use right certificates; continued support for the consolidation of canals and the expansion of intra-field roads; increased resources for localities to build advanced new rural areas and model new rural areas... All opinions were answered and accepted by representatives of the provincial People's Council delegations for the province to consider.
