The delegation includes comrades: Tran Van Bay, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee; Dang Quoc Toan, Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.

At the meeting, voters raised many outstanding issues such as localized flooding on many roads during high tides or heavy rain, along with frequent traffic jams.

Voter Ngo Minh Thao Chau (Dien Hong ward) reported that a flood prevention project in Ho Chi Minh City has been delayed for many years and has not been completed, causing localized flooding to continue. Accordingly, voters requested the city to speed up the project's progress to limit flooding.
Sharing the same concern, voter Huynh Thi Kim Tuyet (Vuon Lai Ward) said that Ho Chi Minh City has a high population density. In recent times, the city has renovated and built many roads and alleys, but traffic jams and flooding during heavy rains are becoming more common.
Voters proposed more synchronous solutions for flood prevention, drainage and traffic congestion reduction.

Voter Le Thi Hong Hoa (Vuon Lai ward) requested the local government and relevant agencies to closely coordinate with social insurance to review and ensure people's rights, especially supporting 100% of health insurance premiums for children and people over 65 years old who have not enjoyed other policies, according to the resolution of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council.
On behalf of the delegation, comrade Tran Van Bay thanked voters for their opinions, affirming that these were practical issues directly related to people's lives.
The delegation will synthesize and report to the HCMC People's Council, and at the same time request the HCMC People's Committee and relevant departments and branches to promptly respond to voters.

Comrade Tran Van Bay also emphasized that flooding and traffic jams have been the burning issues of Ho Chi Minh City in recent times. The city has been implementing many synchronous solutions to gradually overcome these situations.
