The security camera clearly captured the perpetrator's face, leaving the store owner extremely confused.
Recently, a theft at a massage parlor in the Patong area of Phuket, Thailand, shared online has made many feel angry on behalf of the owner for trusting the wrong person.
According to information published in The Thaiger, the owner of this massage shop said that not long ago, an unemployed girl came to her shop to apply for a job. This person said that she was from Songkhla province in southern Thailand and said that she had no identification papers but was in dire need of a job.
The girl also confided in her employer about her difficult life, explaining that she was burdened with supporting her family in Songkhla. She also claimed to have experience in massage therapy and a certificate, although she did not have it with her that day.
Feeling sympathy for the young girl's situation, the owner finally agreed to hire her as a masseuse.
She also promised to ask her family to send her ID, massage certificate and other necessary documents after she started working. Everything went well on the first day but the new employee quickly showed her true colors on the second day.

The new female employee appeared in the video while committing the theft.
During the night, while everyone was asleep, she stole money and valuables from the store and fled. The value of the stolen items was not disclosed. However, in security camera footage, the suspect was seen carrying a bag containing the stolen goods and cash as she left the massage parlor at night. The suspect opened the front door of the store very slowly and escaped.
It is unclear whether the massage parlor owner has reported the matter to the police. She has taken to social media to warn other parlours and expose her former employee’s theft. She shared CCTV footage of the theft with the Phuket Times.
A netizen who left a comment under the post identified herself as the daughter of the shop owner. She said that she and her mother only knew the girl as the one who previously sold flowers outside Illuzion Bar in the Bangla area of Phuket. She also said that the suspect had previously committed similar crimes at other shops.
