The program was attended by: Ms. Ha Thi Khiet, former Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, former Head of the Central Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, former Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, and non-professional Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Mr. Hau A Lenh, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Sang Vang, former Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, former Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Committee, and former Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Hoang Minh Nhat, former Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, former Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and former Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Ha Giang province; Ms. Le Thi Kim Dung, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Ma The Hong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; former provincial leaders from various periods; members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Provincial Party Committee; leaders of provincial departments, agencies, political and social organizations, businesses, and a large number of people.

At the program, delegates and the public watched a documentary on the results of the First Congress of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030. From September 23rd to 24th, 2025, with a spirit of urgency, seriousness, and high responsibility, the Congress was successfully concluded. The success of the Congress is a great source of encouragement, adding confidence and new momentum to the entire Party Committee, government, and people of all ethnic groups in the province to resolutely compete in learning, working, and producing, striving to successfully implement the resolutions set forth by the Congress.

With the theme "Tuyen Quang - Faith and Aspiration for Development," the art program is structured into three chapters: Proud of the glorious Party; Tuyen Quang - a place where cultural colors converge; Tuyen Quang - confidently stepping into a new era.

The meticulously staged musical and dance performances praised the glorious Party, the beloved Uncle Ho, and love for the homeland, while also honoring the land and people of Tuyen Quang, rich in revolutionary traditions. Representative songs such as: "The Song of Ho Chi Minh" ; "The Song of the Homeland"; "The Love Song of Ban Lo"; "The Then Song Dedicated to the Party"; "The Call of the Stone Land"; "Towards the Future"; "Tuyen Quang - An Era of Striving"; "As If Uncle Ho Were Present on the Day of Great Victory"... were performed with heroic spirit and enthusiasm, bringing audiences sacred and proud emotions, while simultaneously depicting the journey from the roots of the revolution to the aspiration for development in the new era.

On this occasion, the people of Minh Xuan ward, representing various communes and wards throughout the province, showcased the most unique Mid-Autumn Festival models to celebrate the success of the Congress.

The program was broadcast live on Tuyen Quang Online Newspaper, TTV channel, Tuyen Quang Online Newspaper Fanpage, Tuyen Quang TTV, and other social media platforms of Tuyen Quang Newspaper and radio and television. The artistic program contributed to creating a joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere, further strengthening and increasing the trust of cadres, Party members, and the people in the Party; encouraging and motivating the entire Party committee, government, and people to continue to uphold the traditions of the revolutionary homeland, the strength of national unity; effectively exploiting potential and advantages, creating breakthroughs to build a rapidly and sustainably developing province for the happiness of the people.
