Attending the program were comrades: Ha Thi Khiet, former Secretary of the Party Central Committee, former Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization, former Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, non-professional Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Hau A Lenh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Sang Vang, former member of the Party Central Committee, former Vice Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee, former Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee; Hoang Minh Nhat, former member of the Party Central Committee, former Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Ha Giang Province; Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Ma The Hong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; former leaders of the province through the periods; members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, members of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of departments, branches, socio-political organizations of the province, enterprises and a large number of people.

At the program, delegates and people watched a report on the results of the 1st Congress of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030. From September 23 to 24, 2025, with the spirit of urgent, serious and highly responsible work, the Congress was a great success. The success of the Congress is a great source of encouragement, adding new confidence and spirit to the entire Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in the province to compete in studying, working, producing, and striving to successfully implement the Resolution of the Congress.

With the theme “Tuyen Quang - Faith and aspiration for development”, the art program is staged with 3 chapters: Pride of the glorious Party; Tuyen Quang - a place where cultural colors converge; Tuyen Quang - firmly stepping into a new era.

The special music and dance performances were elaborately staged, praising the glorious Party, beloved Uncle Ho, the love for the homeland, and at the same time honoring the land and people of Tuyen Quang, rich in revolutionary traditions. Typical songs such as: Ho Chi Minh song; homeland song; Lo village love song; Then words for the Party; the calling of the rock; looking towards the future; Tuyen Quang - the era of rising up; as if Uncle Ho were there on the day of great victory... were performed with heroism and full of spirit, bringing the audience sacred and proud emotions, while depicting the journey from the revolutionary roots to the aspiration for development in the new era.

On this occasion, the people of Minh Xuan ward, representatives of communes and wards in the province performed the most unique Mid-Autumn Festival models, welcoming the success of the Congress.

The program was broadcast live on Tuyen Quang Online Newspaper, TTV channel, Tuyen Quang Online Newspaper Fanpage, Tuyen Quang TTV and social platforms of Tuyen Quang Newspaper and Radio and Television. The art program contributed to creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere, continuing to foster and multiply the trust of cadres, party members and people in the Party; encouraging and motivating the entire Party Committee, government and people to continue promoting the tradition of the revolutionary homeland, the strength of great national unity; effectively exploiting potentials and advantages, creating breakthroughs to build the province to develop rapidly and sustainably, for the happiness of the people.
