National Innovation and Startup Talent Search Competition

National Innovation and Startup Festival – TECHFEST Vietnam is the largest annual event on innovative startups, aiming to connect the ecosystem, summarize the achievements and orient activities in the following year.
Within the framework of the event, the National Innovation Startup Talent Search Competition was held with the aim of discovering, supporting and honoring innovative startups of Vietnamese people at home and abroad. In 2025, the Competition with the theme "Green Growth & Digital Transformation - Innovation for a Sustainable Vietnam" focuses on ESG criteria, social impact and sustainable transformation. With the support of partners, the scale of the 2025 award reached the highest level ever with a total value of more than 50,000 USD (cash) and many other support packages; the winning team will attend the Startup World Cup in San Francisco (USA) and have the opportunity to receive a prize worth 1 million USD.
The competition accepts applications until October 12, 2025; after that, the excellent teams will participate in the training program, the online semi-finals and the national finals scheduled to be held in November 2025 in Hanoi .
In order for the Contest to spread widely, the Department of Startups and Technology Enterprises requests that your Agencies/Units coordinate to disseminate information to Departments, branches, sectors; university and college networks; local businesses and business associations to nominate typical innovative startups to participate; at the same time, mobilize and encourage potential startups, research groups, lecturers and students to register and create favorable conditions to support the completion of contest applications on time.
