With the purpose of assessing the actual implementation of construction, installation and operation of BTS stations according to schedule, technical requirements and confirmed locations; assessing the quality of mobile coverage to ensure that people in villages/hamlets can use 4G telecommunications services to meet their communication, production and business needs and access online public services.
In fact, the villages with "white" signal and the "low" signal areas in the province are all difficult villages with complex terrain, relatively poor traffic infrastructure conditions, low population density in these areas, and low demand for telecommunications and internet services, so the revenue in these areas is very low. Meanwhile, the cost of investing in infrastructure to provide telecommunications and internet services is quite high (VND 500 million to VND 1 billion/BTS station depending on the type of station; about VND 500 million/km of transmission line).
Inspection content: Compare records and progress reports with the actual situation in the locality; check the quality of coverage, signal strength, electrical and optical cable systems, safety of construction structures....
According to the plan, on September 19, the working group will conduct a field inspection at Sin Chai C village, Bum Nua commune.
