The delegation visited and celebrated the Sene Dolta festival at the pagodas: Khemmara Rang-say (Tan Hoa commune), Som Rong ( Soc Trang ward) and Tum Nup (An Ninh commune). At each destination, representatives of the delegation kindly inquired about the health and life of the monks, Achar and Buddhists; at the same time, sent congratulations to the Khmer people to celebrate the traditional festival in a peaceful, warm, joyful and united atmosphere.

Speaking at the meeting at Khemmara Rang-say Pagoda, Venerable Kim Van Sanh, the abbot of the pagoda, expressed his joy and excitement at the attention of the government and armed forces. He said that this is a great source of encouragement, contributing to strengthening the belief of the Khmer people to continue to well implement the Party's policies and the State's laws, and join hands to build their homeland to develop more and more.

On this occasion, the delegation also presented many meaningful gifts to pagodas and Khmer Buddhists, demonstrating the sharing and deep attachment between the armed forces and ethnic minorities. The activity contributed to further tightening the solidarity between the army and people, consolidating the great national unity bloc in Can Tho city.
