(QNgTV) - The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just issued Official Document No. 2610 on the implementation of reviewing, submitting for publication, and reviewing and simplifying internal administrative procedures in the province.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requests that departments and agencies study and apply the content of Government Office Document No. 8536 and the list of 736 internal administrative procedures that were announced by Kon Tum ( formerly ) and Quang Ngai ( formerly ) provinces before July 1, 2025, to conduct a statistical review, standardize internal administrative procedures within their scope of management and authority, and develop new procedures.

The advisory committee will submit to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee a proposal to standardize internal administrative procedures within the state administrative system in the province. This will ensure that 100% of internal administrative procedures are fully published and made public as directed by the Government . This should be completed before October 10, 2025.

Following the issuance of the Decision on standardizing internal administrative procedures within the state administrative system in the province, the province proactively implemented the review, reduction, and simplification of internal administrative procedures in accordance with the guidelines on reviewing, reducing, and simplifying internal administrative procedures issued by the Government Office.
