On the evening of August 2 at GMA Arena (HCMC), the professional MMA event GMA 07 took place with 9 matches, including 5 title matches between international fighters from many countries in the region. The highlight of this event was the confrontation between the champion of the Golden Rooster weight class - Bui Truong Sinh (Lien Phong Martial Arts School) and the Indonesian opponent known as the "tiger" Brando Mamana.
Vietnamese boxers defend first, then counterattack unexpectedly
Having fought in more than 20 big and small matches in his home country, the Indonesian boxer was very confident against the Vietnamese Than Vo champion. As soon as the match began, the Indonesian boxer was the one to strike first to show his power and wanted to surprise his opponent. Faced with the task of defending his consecutive winning streak in the tournament he had just won last year, Bui Truong Sinh was extremely vigilant against Mamana's attack. The Vietnamese boxer retreated to defend, then suddenly turned the corner to pull Mamana towards the middle of the ring, regain distance and look for the next opportunity.
As the clock turned 60 seconds, Bui Truong Sinh launched a lightning high kick that hit Mamana in the head, causing the Indonesian fighter to fall to the floor in shock. Seizing the opportunity, the Lien Phong martial artist immediately closed in and launched a series of powerful blows, while Mamana could only hold her head to avoid them. At this point, the situation was clear, Bui Truong Sinh continued to launch punches amid cheers from the audience. Seeing that Mamana could not get up, the referee immediately intervened, ending the 25-second series of blows on the Indonesian fighter.

Bui Truong Sinh had his second consecutive impressive victory in 2025. Previously, this fighter also overcame Athchey Chanreach - champion Kun Bokarto of Cambodia with an accurate flying knee.
Also in the GMA 07 event, 5 belt matches took place in a dramatic and surprising way. In the Eagle belt match, Terenz Tan launched a lightning attack that caused Long La of Cambodia to lose. In the Cobra belt, Samuel Cung of Myanmar launched a series of attacks at the end of the second round, causing his opponent Diamond Win to clap and surrender. In the Golden Rooster weight, Sopanha Pheng of Cambodia also quite easily won the belt from Tan Bo Meng of Malaysia. In the Black Panther weight, Lau Yik Long of Malaysia, despite his small body, also overcame Soe Moe Zaw of Myanmar with a leg lock. And finally, in the Tiger belt match, Chayut Rojanakat skillfully overcame Rin Saroth in a match that lasted 5 rounds.
Bui Truong Sinh threw a 25-second series of punches on the floor to end the match.
