According to the latest V-League transfer news, Da Nang FC has successfully signed midfielder Nguyen Hong Son. Notably, last season, this player was still competing in the Second Division for Bac Ninh .
Hong Son, born in 2000, previously played for Hanoi FC and Quang Nam in the V-League, but his career didn't progress well, and he was relegated to several clubs in the First and Second Divisions.
This midfielder was also called up to the Vietnam U23 team by coach Park Hang Seo during the 2020-2021 season. Hong Son has joined his teammates to prepare for the friendly tournament at Hoa Xuan Stadium, which kicks off today, August 16th, with the participation of teams from Ha Tinh, Da Nang, Binh Phuoc, Quang Nam, and Binh Dinh.
Hong Son is the next new signing for Da Nang FC in their return to the V-League season. The team from Central Vietnam has also finalized its three foreign players: Marlon (former Binh Dinh player), Yuri Almeida (former Hai Phong FC player), and Werick Caetano (a former player who trained with Barca's U16 team).
