Mr. Tran Nam Hung, Vice Chairman of Da Nang City, has just signed a Decision announcing the list of 350 projects and land plots in the city that will be subject to special mechanisms and policies according to Resolution No. 170/2024/QH15 and Resolution No. 29/2026/QH16 of the National Assembly within the city's jurisdiction (Phase 1).
According to the Decision, the list is divided into 5 appendices corresponding to each group of mechanisms applied under Resolution No. 170/2024/QH15 of the National Assembly on specific mechanisms and policies to resolve difficulties and obstacles for projects and land in inspection, audit, and judgment conclusions in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang City, and Khanh Hoa Province.
Of these, 206 projects and land parcels are governed by Article 3 of Resolution No. 170/2024/QH15. In addition, 2 projects are governed by Articles 4 and 5, and 8 projects are governed by Article 7 of Resolution No. 170/2024/QH15.
At the same time, there are 11 projects applying under Article 11 and 123 projects applying under Article 12 of Resolution No. 29/2026/QH16 of the National Assembly.

Among the 350 projects, the land area includes many large projects such as the L09 land plot, the Suoi Da villa area; the coastal tourism area of Hanoi Non Nuoc Tourism Investment Joint Stock Company; and the Da Nang high-end coastal resort and villa area.

The city of Da Nang has instructed relevant units and localities to continue reviewing projects and land issues mentioned in inspection reports, audits, and court judgments that present similar difficulties and obstacles. This is to compile and propose additions to the list, promptly resolve existing problems, and bring projects into investment, construction, and utilization, thereby preventing the loss and waste of land resources.
