"DNA analysis has identified all 10 victims of the plane crash in Tver province, Russia. The victims' identities match the list of people on board the crashed flight on August 23," NBC channel quoted the announcement of the Russian Investigative Committee on August 27.
The Russian Civil Aviation Administration (Rosaviatsia) previously released a list of 10 people killed on the Embraer Legacy 600 flying from Moscow to St. Petersburg.
The list confirmed by Rosaviatsia also includes the names of several top leaders of the Wagner group, such as Dmitry Utkin, who is considered the right-hand man of "boss" Yevgeny Prigozhin. In addition, the list also includes Valery Chekalov, the head of logistics for the Russian private military corporation.

The Russian Investigative Committee said the crashed plane belonged to the MNT-Aero transport business and the flight was carried out under a properly issued airspace use permit.
Russian authorities are opening a criminal investigation to determine the cause of the accident.
The accident that killed key figures of the Wagner group occurred about two months after tycoon Yevgeny Prigozhin carried out a failed rebellion.
In that context, the Kremlin denied being behind the incident and said that these were baseless speculations.
