Attending the incense offering ceremony were the Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union; leaders of Military Region 2; the Secretary of the Dien Bien Provincial Youth Union and 550 delegates of the "Dien Bien Phu - Aspiration for the Nation" journey; and delegates who won prizes in the competition to learn about the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory and the 70th anniversary of the signing of the Geneva Agreement on the cessation of hostilities in Vietnam.
In a solemn atmosphere, the delegation respectfully laid wreaths, offered incense, and expressed their gratitude and remembrance of General Vo Nguyen Giap and the officers, soldiers, youth volunteers, and civilian workers who bravely fought and sacrificed to achieve the victory at Dien Bien Phu.
