Visiting and giving gifts to poor families were National Assembly delegates: Hoang Minh Hieu - Standing member of the National Assembly 's Law Committee; Tran Nhat Minh - full-time National Assembly delegate. Also attending were representatives of the People's Council and Fatherland Front Committee of Do Luong, Con Cuong and Tuong Duong districts.

In Tuong Duong district, the delegation presented 20 gifts to poor households and families in difficult circumstances in Tam Dinh commune. The delegation also presented 1 tablet and books to Yen Na Primary School; and coordinated with BIDV Bank to present 50 gifts to poor households in Yen Na commune. The gifts are the sentiments and sharing of the National Assembly delegates to the people before the New Year.


Visiting and wishing a Happy New Year to families in difficult circumstances in Mau Duc commune, Con Cuong district, National Assembly delegates presented 30 gifts, each worth 500,000 VND, and 30 warm blankets.

In Do Luong district, National Assembly delegates presented 50 gifts, each worth VND1 million in cash and Tet gifts worth VND300,000 to share with workers at KIDO Vinh Factory and union members in the area; presented 20 gifts to families in difficult circumstances in Minh Son commune.

In localities, National Assembly delegates affirmed that the Party and State, all levels, sectors, and business communities always pay attention to accompanying, supporting, and helping poor and near-poor households and families in especially difficult circumstances, especially during Tet and Spring.

National Assembly delegates shared and encouraged families in difficult circumstances to actively work, produce, explore and develop new and effective models to stabilize their lives and strive to improve their lives. At the same time, they hoped that local Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front and organizations in the political system would continue to pay attention to, care for and support poor and near-poor households, and families in especially difficult circumstances to improve and enhance their lives, especially during the traditional Tet holiday of the nation to ensure that each family has a warmer Tet./.
