Delegates attending the congress
At the congress, delegates approved the report on the implementation results of the Resolution of the Vinh Hanh Commune Military Party Congress for the 2022-2025 term; directions, goals, tasks, solutions for the 2025-2030 term; and approved the list of delegates attending the 1st Vinh Hanh Commune Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
The Congress passed the Resolution of the 1st Congress of Vinh Hanh Commune Military Party Cell, term 2025 - 2030. Therein, it is necessary to strengthen the staff work for Party committees and authorities to build a militia force with sufficient quantity and quality; complete well the work of selecting and calling citizens to join the army; and manage well the reserve mobilization and technical equipment.
At the same time, doing well in political and ideological education, improving the quality of Party cell activities, enhancing the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization and Party members... contributing to maintaining political security and social order and safety in the area.
